Mr. N.M. Mohan, Secretary of RIPE, is a postgraduate in Arts (M.A.) and a dedicated social worker committed to rural transformation. His leadership ensures that the organization’s programs reach the most marginalized with efficiency and purpose. He plays a key role in project implementation and community mobilization.

As Treasurer of RIPE, Mr. K. Venka Narayana holds a B.Com degree and brings both financial expertise and a commitment to social service. He ensures transparency and accountability in managing funds for development initiatives. His work supports the smooth and impactful execution of all projects.

Mr. M. Krishna, an Executive Member of RIPE, has a Diploma in Civil Engineering and applies his technical skills to support infrastructure and irrigation-based projects. His experience as a social worker enhances the organization’s capacity to deliver grassroots solutions effectively. He is actively involved in planning and fieldwork.
